2. 账户与安全

4. 用户行为规范

您提交订单并支付后，即与对应商家形成交易关系。请在下单前仔细确认商品信息、价格、配送和售后规则。
6. 责任限制
在法律允许范围内，因不可抗力、系统维护、通信故障等导致服务中断的，平台将尽力恢复但不承担超出法定范围的责任。
7. 知识产权
平台软件、页面内容、商标标识及相关资料受法律保护，未经授权不得复制、传播、反向工程或用于商业用途。

Service Terms

3. Platform Service
The platform provides listing display, transaction workflow support, and technical services. Actual transaction obligations are between users and merchants.
4. User Conduct
You must not publish illegal content, infringe rights, disrupt system security, or commit fraud through the platform.
5. Orders and Fulfillment
Once you place and pay for an order, a transaction is formed with the corresponding merchant under product and service details shown on the order page.
6. Limitation of Liability
Within legal limits, we are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, maintenance, communication failure, or other uncontrollable events.
7. Intellectual Property
Software, content, trademarks, and related materials are protected by law and may not be used without authorization.
8. Terms Update
We may update these terms according to business or legal requirements. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

CHINA MALL ကို စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်း၊ လော့ဂ်အင်ဝင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် ဆက်စပ်မူဝါဒများကို သဘောတူသည်ဟု မှတ်ယူပါသည်။
2. အကောင့်နှင့် လုံခြုံရေး
မှန်ကန်သောအချက်အလက် ပေးရန်နှင့် အကောင့်လုံခြုံရေးကို ကိုယ်တိုင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။
3. Platform ဝန်ဆောင်မှု
Platform သည် စာရင်းပြသမှုနှင့် နည်းပညာပံ့ပိုးမှု ပေးပါသည်။ အရောင်းအဝယ်ဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်များမှာ user နှင့် merchant ကြား ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
4. အသုံးပြုသူ စည်းကမ်း
ဥပဒေမဲ့အချက်အလက်တင်ခြင်း၊ အခြားသူ၏အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်ခြင်း၊ စနစ်လုံခြုံရေးထိခိုက်စေခြင်းများ မပြုလုပ်ရပါ။
5. အော်ဒါနှင့် ပို့ဆောင်မှု
အော်ဒါတင်ပြီး ငွေပေးချေပြီးနောက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ merchant နှင့် အရောင်းအဝယ်ဆက်ဆံရေး ဖြစ်ပေါ်ပါသည်။
6. တာဝန်ကန့်သတ်ချက်
Force majeure သို့မဟုတ် ထိန်းချုပ်မရသောအခြေအနေများကြောင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ခေတ္တရပ်နားမှုများအတွက် ဥပဒေအရ ခွင့်ပြုထားသည့်အတိုင်းသာ တာဝန်ယူပါသည်။
7. ဉာဏပစ္စည်းအခွင့်အရေး
Platform software နှင့် content များကို ဥပဒေအရ ကာကွယ်ထားပြီး ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ အသုံးမပြုရပါ။
8. စည်းမျဉ်းပြင်ဆင်မှု
လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက် သို့မဟုတ် ဥပဒေပြောင်းလဲမှုအရ စည်းမျဉ်းကို ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ဆက်လက်အသုံးပြုခြင်းသည် ပြင်ဆင်ချက်ကို လက်ခံခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
